Building Specifications

Approximately 85,000 cubic feet of virtually fail-safe climate-controlled storage with temperature maintained at 70F +/- 5 degrees and relative humidity kept at 50%, +/- 10% for optimum long-term conservation. Ceilings and exterior walls are waterproofed, and natural light is completely blocked

More than 15,000 cubic feet of secure unconditioned space, suitable for empty crates and packaging, gallery displays (pedestals, plinths, and shelving), exhibition furniture, AV equipment, and art fair supplies situated on steel, fireproof platforms

Client storage areas are separated by adjustable industrial shelving, allowing artwork to be stored as a holistic collection, or on a per-piece basis. This system is designed specifically to optimize space while offering maximum protection for artwork

Our primary viewing room (26’ x 26’) is a flexibly lit, minimalist white-box space with 10 to 15 ft. high walls and an adjoining room ideal for showcasing multimedia or smaller-scale works. Viewing room walls are backed with the industry standard ½” plywood

A secondary viewing and photography room (21.5’ x 16’) includes a selection of tiered viewing displays, ideal for photographing artworks and for client viewings

A dedicated clean artwork intake room in the warehouse facilitates inspection, documentation, photography and packaging of artworks

19 ft. roll up doors allow trucks to load and unload safely within the warehouse

24/7 video surveillance of the entire interior and exterior of the building and all areas of storage, tightly controlled fob and key-card access to the warehouse, and motion intrusion alarms throughout the building
